Only a few sets of aligners to go and I really couldn’t be happier with my choice of Dental clinic. Having visited a few other practices before Dental rooms it was obvious to me the moment I walked though the door that this place was a cut above the rest. Set in a beautiful building everything is impeccably clean, bright and airy with a welcoming, modern, contemporary feel that just oozes class. More importantly though, these high standards are more than matched by the staff and the facilities. All the staff are warm, welcoming, patient, polite and above all extremely professional and knowledgeable. From my very first consultation with Angela (one of the owners) I felt super confident that she and her team would be able to deliver the smile I was after and I can honestly say that thus far my expectations have been exceeded. On more than one occasion following consultations with Angela; and my orthodontic therapist Sara, (shout out to dental nurses Anna and Shu as well) I have had my plan modified and new aligners made up, at no extra cost, in order to achieve the goals I set out at the start. I look forward to all my appointments and who can really say that about going to the dentist. Dental rooms is truly fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

I recently saw Sara, orthodontic therapist, at the Dental Rooms to have a new upper fixed retainer fitted & a new set of removable retainers made. I had lingual braces there some 10 years ago from Angela and her team, all fantastic. I now live away from London but when my retainer broke I struggled to find an orthodontist available locally and so I phoned Dental Rooms & Axa, my previous dental nurse (now Treatment Coordinator) kindly advised me on what to do until I could get it fixed. I had always felt so comfortable there so returned for the repair. I was only there a week so Sara had a tight turnaround to work with and she was great; extremely thorough, patient, kind and unflappable especially when there was an issue with one of the removable retainers so it had to be re made. She even called me the following week to see how I was getting on as she had missed me when I went to pick it up, so she truly went above and beyond. The front house team – Paulina, Monica and Iman – are all welcoming, efficient and helpful. It was worth the effort of travelling to go somewhere I know and trust and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

1st class service and competence. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful and above all competent. Dev has been the most patient and understanding dentist I’ve ever met, not to mention his exceptional knowledge, advice and skill. He turns procedures which are usually daunting into (almost) pleasant ones.

I would recommend the practice to anyone who has a phobia of dentists and/or syringes.

Also, if you’re not happy with your smile and are aware of options, Dev will explain in details what the advantages, disadvantages and cost of each option is and he will encourage you to start when you’re mentally ready, with no pressure. If any fears, it’s best to be open about them, Dev trains dentists and has an extensive knowledge of what might help, and again advantages and disadvantages of each option.
