Dear Patients,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Five weeks\nhave passed since we had to seize the provision of routine treatment at Dental\nRooms, as dental practices across the country joined the fight against the\nspread of COVID-19. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you\nwholeheartedly for the many kind messages of support and concern for the team\u2019s\nwell-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know that\nthis decision has meant changes to your scheduled dental appointments and treatments;\nbut also to the way dental emergencies will be dealt with during our temporary\nclosure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are,\ntherefore, getting in touch with you to reassure you that our staff are working\nand are here to help if required. If you are concerned about a dental issue or\nyou are in need of urgent dental care, please read our guide on how to deal with dental emergencies<\/a>. We have also\nput together tips on how to manage non-urgent dental problems at home<\/a>. In addition,\nour social media channels are regularly updated with news from the practice. Follow\nus on Twitter<\/a>, Instagram<\/a> and Facebook<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team are\nkeeping occupied with taking calls from patients, online learning and\npreparations for our return to practising dentistry. It has been a pleasure to receive\ncalls from our patients and to be able to help and keep in touch. It is utterly\nbizarre to be providing \u2018teledentistry\u2019 but this is all in the hope that we can\nkeep our patients and team safe and well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted to\nextend our heartfelt thanks to you for your patience, understanding and support\nat this difficult time. We cannot know how soon we will be returning to normal\npractice operations, but we can assure you that we are here to assist you if\nneeded until then. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we continue our collective efforts to #StayAtHomeSaveLives<\/a> , we do so with the knowledge that we are aiding thousands of inspirational frontline staff who are working tirelessly to save the lives of people affected by the coronavirus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
