Due\nto unprecedented circumstances with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the\ndifficult decision to temporarily suspend the provision of routine dentistry at\nthe Dental Rooms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nsafety, health and well-being of our patients, our team and the wider community\nis always at the heart of everything we do. We are all being asked to stay at\nhome to avoid the spread of the virus and protect the elderly and vulnerable –\nthis is the right thing to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many\nof you have showed concern for our team members. We would like to assure\nyou that they are all well but saddened by the closure. We are so proud of how\nthey have worked tirelessly during this testing time. We will all be\nlooking after each other during this time and look forward to being reunited\nwith our incredible team very soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What next?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If\nyou have an appointment within the next 4 weeks, please expect a call from us\nto reschedule your visit to the Dental Rooms or for us to provide advice over\nthe telephone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What\nif I have a dental emergency?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We\nwill of course be at hand to provide advice and guidance for our patients with\ndental emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We\nare asking that you contact us by emailing info@dentalrooms.co.uk<\/a> or\ncall 020 8946 2426 phone if you need urgent advice or emergency treatment. We\nwill triage by telephone consultation, give advice and can arrange to see you\nwith appropriate safeguarding in place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Our\nphone lines will be open from Monday through to Friday between 9.00am to\n2.00pm. Out of these hours, please follow the instructions on the answer phone.\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n What if I am in the middle of implant\ntreatment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your\ndentist knows about you and one of the team will be in touch to provide\nguidance and advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What\nif I am in the middle of Invisalign or orthodontic treatment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Patients\nwho are undergoing orthodontic treatment or are in their retention phase of\northodontic treatment, will be contacted by the team, within the next few days.\nThis will be to organise delivery of Invisalign aligners, carry out virtual\nappointments and provide advice over the telephone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the meantime\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Please\nmake sure you are maintaining oral health using the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We\nare working on how best to support you at home with your oral health care and\ndental needs, so please watch this space and stay connected with us digitally\nvia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We look forward to welcoming you back to the practice in the very near future.
